Customer service was outstanding! We were traveling and needed dry ice. Called Green Acres Market and was told yes we sell dry ice and let me look to see what we have on stock. This impacted us since we had been to rwo other places that sell dry ice but had empty coolers. Fast and friendly.
I got there on a regular basis. Even though this is a smaller location in the chain they are always well stock on the items I need. They carry things that are hard to find in the area. The staff has always been very helpful and informative. I am actually heading there again today. Keep up the great work!
Even though the store is small it usually has what in need. The prices can be high however they have some great bargains, too! The employees are friendly and ask if they can help yet also let me shop and explore. The lady in the supplements section is knowledgeable and has offered me helpful input/guidance. I wish they opened at 7a...for before work shopping.

However, I simply must take time to say that Melba, Kathy, Susan, Jessica, Darby, and all the other employees of the Normandie location, are top-notch, knowledgeable, patient, and wonderful people. The ridiculous review written by the angry and clueless little girl has no value in describing the quality of the goods and service that GreenAcres offers customers; and I do not believe for a moment that the call described, ever took place. People should be careful with what they say publicly, as character defamation is a very serious thing. I enjoy shopping this store for so many reasons, especially when I have worked all day and want a quick and intimate neighborhood grocery experience, with a unique selection at my fingertips. As a bonus, the fresh romaine and spinach from Cheney Lake Lettuce varieties, are the greens I crave daily. I enjoy giving the locally hand crafted soaps as small Christmas presents, and the supplement range is impressive. Be sure to shop on the last day of each month with your store loyalty card, to receive double points on your purchase; which translates to cash savings, later.
